“Stress is fear. It not only restricts personality, distorts perception and performance but fragments sexuality. Prolonged emotional stress has a crippling effect upon work and home. Fear ignites the ‘fight or flight’ reaction which limits your lifestyle, happiness and wellbeing. It takes away thinking and control of instinctual mind solutions. The worst fear is known as ‘Monophobia’ the fear of loneliness”.
